Returns & Exchanges

At RS SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
